Our lovely friends Landon and Keisha invited us to go with them to the Blue Bird Cafe Series in Sundance which is an outdoor concert where the song writers of famous country songs come and perform. It was really cool to hear well-known songs sung by the people who wrote them. A lot of the songs have background stories and personal sentiments it was super neat. They are really good performers and had amazing voices.
Not to mention, the scenery was breathtaking. It is so beautiful up there.
Then all of a sudden it started POURING rain! So we sat soaking wet enjoying the mountains the music and the adventure. It was pretty awesome, then there was huge lightening and thunder that was soooo loud you could feel it in your chest. Because of all the equipment they had to cut the concert a few minutes short, but it was so awesome! I want to do more cool things like that.
How romantic! Music, rain, mountains! And you even have a heart on your shirt...cute :)
